Council endorsed the final design for the Narrandera Destination & Discovery Hub at their meeting in July 2021.

This new building will replace the existing Visitor Information Centre and includes a dedicated area for visitor services, a permanent exhibition space where people can discover Narrandera Shire's nature-based and cultural stories in a modern facility with interactive displays, improved access, public amenities and workspaces.

Our vision is to create a 'destination for visitors, encouraging them to stay and 'discover' our Shire's strengths of nature, koalas, art, heritage and culture.

The Hub will help build Narrandera as a starting point for exploring many of the attractions and opportunities available in the Riverina.

During construction the Visitor Information Centre will operate out of the Arts Centre from October 2021.
