The Big Guitar, Narrandera, New South Wales

About

Narrandera’s Big Guitar was created in 1988 to promote the town's country music club. Crafted by former local Robert Palmer from plywood, this impressive instrument took over 300 hours to complete. Due to its size, it’s played as a bass guitar and requires two musicians to bring it to life. Today, it sits proudly at the Narrandera Destination and Discovery Hub, offering a fun and unique photo opportunity that’s not to be missed.
