Environmental compliance

Council is the appropriate regulatory authority for most premises in relation to environmental pollution within the Narrandera Shire in accordance with the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997. The exceptions are premises owned by the Government and premises licensed to pollute by the Environment Protection Authority.
