A variety of certificates are required at different times during the buying, selling and developing of property.
Council endeavours to issue certificates within 10 days from receipt of application. This is subject to the application being made complete with all required information, including the property description (lot, section and DP/SP numbers).
Council does not offer an option for urgent matters.
