The Compliance and Ranger Services team deals with matters including

Companion animals

  • Roaming and nuisance dogs and cats
  • Attending and investigating dog attacks

 

Vehicles and public areas

  • Parking enforcement
  • Investigating abandoned vehicles
  •  On street car patrols
  • Footpath obstructions (vehicles and other items)

Environmental

  • Overgrown urban properties (fire, snake, vermin hazards)
  • Littering and dumping of rubbish
  • Noise complaints
  • Odour complaints
  • Illegal burning

Parking regulations

Council's parking compliance activities focus on keeping our streets safe, accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

Report illegal dumping

If you see dumped items on the kerb, in a park, reserve or bushland, we encourage you to report it.
