Arts and culture

We recognise the importance of community arts, cultural development and heritage to the community. Local Government organisations support arts and culture in their communities through the provision of infrastructure such as galleries, libraries and museums and the coordination and support of events, festivals, public installations and the preservation of local history and community stories.

Art on the Water Tower

With the best view across town, immerse yourself in a visual collection of landmarks, activities, flora and fauna. The stories behind the design include significant icons with the colours inspired by our local environment.

Narrandera Arts and Community Centre

The Narrandera Arts and Community Centre is a vibrant hub for creativity, culture, and community engagement.

Parkside Cottage Museum

Come and explore the many treasures on display at the Parkside Cottage Museum.

Barellan Museum

Discover the history of a small rural town at the Barellan Museum, located in Yapunyah Street, Barellan.
