Integrated Planning

The 2012-2016 Delivery Program is a statement of commitment to the community from our elected Council. The Delivery Program, incorporating the 2012-13 Operational Plan, presents the Council’s response to implementing our community endorsed Community Strategic Plan. It is the point where the community’s strategic goals are systematically translated into actions. It outlines the priority focus of the elected Council for the Narrandera Shire Council over 2012-2016. The focus is centred on providing services and facilities that deliver the community’s priorities as identified in the Community Strategic Plan.

Incorporated into our Delivery Program is an annual Operational plan which spells out the details of the Program – the individual projects and activities that will be undertaken to achieve the commitments made in the Delivery Program.

Incorporated into the Operational Plan are the proposed 2012-2013 rates and charges also the proposed 2012-2013 fees and charges.

The above plans have all been adopted and will be published shortly.
