Council Meetings & Minutes
The current and past three (3) months Agendas and Minutes can be viewed by clicking on the links below. Previous papers may be obtained by contacting Councils Records Officer. Correspondence for the meeting should reach Council's Records Department by the first Friday of the month.
A copy of the current Business Paper / Agenda will be available at the Council Chambers on the Thursday prior to the meeting for viewing by members of the public. Interested members of the public are invited to attend Ordinary Council Meetings. Public Question Time will run for 30 minutes at the beginning of the meeting with a three (3) minute time limit for each person wanting to raise a matter. Matters to be raised in Public Question Time need to be submitted to Council two (2) days prior to the meeting to allow Council the best opportunity to address any issues.
