Narrandera District Hospital is a 34 bed level three hospital and provides acute and community health care service to the surrounding community. The hospital provides emergency, medical, surgical, high dependency, obstetric and paediatric care. The regional referral hospital is at Wagga, which is one hour away.

Can Assist - Narrandera Branch

The mission of Can Assist is to provide assistance and care to cancer patients and their families and carers through our services and a network of branches throughout NSW. We provide subsided accommodation, specialised care at Jean Colvin Hospital financial and other support. Meeting are held the second Tuesday of each month at 7pm at Derrendi Restaurant, corner of Cadell and Twynam Streets, Narrandera. All welcome. For further information phone 02 69591096.

 

Narrandera Cancer Support Group

Narrandera Cancer Support Group meets on the first Monday of each month at the multipurpose room at the Narrandera Library, East Street Narrandera at 2pm. Cancer patients, survivors, their families and carers are invited to attend. The support group shares your concerns and learn from each other in a confidential space and enjoy a friendly chat over a cup of tea. Gold coin donation and all welcome.
