Fees and Charges

The charge for lodgment of a Development Application depends upon the estimated value of the work being done.

The fees are set out below:

Dwelling Houses
Up to $100,000 : $300
Over $100,000 : $300+$3 / $1000

Residential Additions
Up to $5,000 : $110
$5001 - $50,000 : $110+$3 / $1000

Building and Other Work
Up to $5000 : $110
$5001 - $20,000 : $110+$3 / $1000
$20,001 - $250,000 : $170 + $3 / $1000
$250,001 - $500,000 : $1000 + $1.70 / $1000
